LDD-250…400 Laser Diode Driver

LDD-250 is a medium power Laser Diode Driver, operating in both CW and pulsed modes. Module is powered with AC input and cooled with embedded fans, other parameters/features are as follow:

  • Input voltage – 230 VAC or 110/230 VAC;
  • Output power – up to 400 W;
  • Output current – up to 100 A;
  • Compliance voltage – up to 100 V;
  • Wide range of input voltages;
  • 0.98 power factor correction (PFC) value;
  • Low EMI and leakage current.

Description

This section covers a series of laser diode drivers for supply of medium-level power to laser diodes and diode arrays.

Maximal output power is 150, 250 or 400 W. Various current/voltage combinations are available. Maximal output current is up to 100 A (see Operational Manual for more info). Diode driver characteristics meet the latest versions of medical standards requirements: IEC 60601 for electrical safety, IEC 61000-3-2 for active power factor correction (PFC) and EN 55011/CISPR11 Class A safety requirements for EMI and leakage current.

As such, these modules can be used in different kinds of medical devices without any additional filtration and safety measures.

We offer diode driver in several modifications with different maximum output currents and voltages. First, user should choose maximal output power (150, 250 or 400 W). Then maximal output current in the range of 10 … 100 A should be selected. Maximal Output Voltage is obtained automatically as WAV max/Imax.

Typical order code is LDD-XXXX-YYY-ZZZ where XXXX – max. output power (in Watts), YYY – max. output current (in Amps).
ZZZ – max. output voltage (in Volts)
