PDD-300 Pulsed Diode Driver

PDD-300 is a pulsed laser diode driver. Module has wide range 100-240 VAC input and cooled with embedded fans. Other parameters are as follow:

  • Input – 100-240 VAC
  • Output power – up to 300 W (averaged), up to 5 kW (peak)
  • Output current – up to 200 A
  • Compliance Voltage – up to 50 V
  • Medical Grade, IEC 60601-1 ed.3 compliance

Description

PDD-300 is a series of high-power pulsed diode drivers. Peak output power is up to 5kW (with user selectable IMAX and VMAX), average output power is up to 300W.

Since the driver was especially designed for laser hair removal applications, it’s fully compliant to the medical standards – IEC 60601-1 for electrical safety, IEC 61000-3-2 for active Power Factor Correction (PFC), and EN 55011 / CISPR 11 (Class A) for EMI and leakage current.

As a result, PDD-300 can be readily used in medical devices.
