SDC-50A is a short-pulse diode driver especially designed for diode pumping of microchip Nd:YAG lasers. Main features/parameters are as follow:

• Input – 12-15VDC;
• Output Current – up to 50A;
• Compliance voltage – 4-6V (depending on the input voltage);
• Pulse width – up to 500µsec;
• Pulse Repetition Rate – up to 50Hz;
• Rise-/falltime – <25µsec/15µsec respectively;
• There is a powerful Peltier controller onboard.
