Newest addition to our PCD line of Q-sw. drivers, PCD-04 is an ultra-compact, high-performance driver, specifically designed for the applications that require fast-on/fast-off half-voltage switching (pulse slicing, voltage modulation, regenerative amplification, etc.) with widely adjustable HV plateau.
HV pulse rise time: 1÷3 nsec (voltage dependent)
HV pulse fall time: 1÷3 nsec (voltage dependent)
HV pulse duration: 20 - 1000 nsec
Max HV pulse repetition rate 100 Hz
HV pulse jitter < 0.5 nsec

Q-SWITCH DRIVER PCD-03B

Recent addition to our PCD line of Q-sw. drivers, PCD-03B is an ultra-compact, high-performance driver, specifically designed for the applications that require fast half-voltage switching (pulse slicing, voltage modulation, regenerative amplification, etc.)
