Fast high voltage switch with the transition time of 5-7 nsec. Because of advanced cooling it can be run with the repetition rate up to 500-1000 kHz.

  • output voltage - up to 4.0 kV
  • repetition rate - up to 1 MHz (with water cooling)
  • water cooling or conductive cooling (through the bottom) options
  • risetime/falltime - 5-7 nsec (voltage dependent)

  • repetition rate - up to 10 kHz (with forced air cooling)
  • risetime/falltime - 5-7 nsec (voltage dependent)

Applications: pulse picking, regenerative amplifier control
